The following guideline explains the process of Brain Training and what to expect.
Step 1: Survey
You will start with a survey. Your own goals for brain training are established within the survey, based upon what you want to accomplish for yourself.
Step 2: Assessment
After completing the survey, you will come to the office to have a comprehensive assessment performed (approx. 90 minutes), which will produce a brain map. The assessment shows how the patterns of energy are laid out in your individual brain. Each brain is like a fingerprint – unique to you as an individual. Using non-invasive sensors placed on different areas of your head, data will be collected while the brain is at rest and on task. This data is processed with the survey to generate protocols that will be used to help balance the energy patterns in your brain.
Step 3: Pre Session Discussion
We will review information gathered from your assessment and discuss with you the results of your assessment, your goals, and how we will work together to achieve those goals.
Step 4: Sessions
Each session will consist of 5-7 protocols that vary in length from 8 – 20 minutes each that are designed to help balance your brain. The sensors will be placed at various points on your head. During each protocol you will be listening to your own brain waves set to musical notes, as well as other sounds meant to encourage the brain towards a more balanced state. Each session will last approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes.
